Terms and Conditions

Please note cancellation policy: 

• Reservations cancelled more than 3 months prior to your reserved dates will permit a one-time transfer to a re-booked weekend. 

• Cancellations less than three months prior will forfeit your deposit.

• Cancellations less than one month prior will forfeit your deposit and you are responsible for the remaining balance.   

Please know that we understand that things happen, and we do our best to accommodate guests who need to cancel or change their reservation.  

During the height of COVID, we, like many businesses, relaxed our cancellation policy.  

As of February 2022, we will no longer be able to offer exceptions.  

We hope that you can understand that our mission is to provide a place where women can come, meet new friends, and build lasting bonds, all while relaxing and creating.  We aim to do this while keeping the cost to our guests as low as possible; however, we have to keep the lights on in order to fulfill our mission.  We're not enforcing this policy to penalize you for your change in plans; we're doing it so that the house will still be here when you are able to return.
